Mike's Auto Air Conditioning

The extended warranty for my 2017 Chevy Colorado had expired so I was looking for a trustworthy repair shop. Co-workers provided a few repair shop options of which I reached out and got a couple of replies. I called Mike's AC & Auto Repair last and had a conversation with James. I told him that I had paid the dealership $225.00 to diagnose the problem, but wanted to find a repair shop that could possibly repair it for less than the dealership. James was honest, accommodating, gave a firm quote based on what I had been told the problem was and was available to see my truck that Saturday which worked out great for me. I brought the truck in at 8:30am and received a call that it was done by 2:30pm... I was very happy! Fortunately, the thermostat was the only problem. I walked away feeling good about gaining this relationship with someone I felt I could trust!

My AC works again. They kept my appointment time and finished as promised. I'd say I got a very good price. I could have saved some money by providing my own replacement compressor but I opted to go with them ordering an OEM compressor for the 12 month warranty...

I don’t normally leave comments, but I had an amazing customer service experience at Mike’s Auto Air Conditioning today. They called me back within 20min and managed to squeeze me in same day. Every person that helped me was polite and extremely professional. James, the Tech that fixed my truck, was honest in his assessment and extremely knowledgeable. The Team at Mike’s had me in and out in exactly 34min after changing the fan motor on my AC. Businesses with great teams like this definitely deserve recognition and your business.

I've been taking my car to Mike's Auto & A/C since 2015. The owner has integrity, honest and is straight forward. I say this... because I took my car to multiple places to get my A/C fix. Every place I took my car to review/checks it said, it will cost me several hundred of dollars and take a week to fix. The owner, checks my A/C refrigerant and found the cap was missing. He filled my refrigerant and provided the plug for the tank. Barely cost me anything and took 30 mins. I was so surprised. He knows his stuff! Since then, I've exclusively took my car here. Got everything and anything fixed by him throughout the years...my condenser, my driver side window, tail lights, and A/C. The owner tries to accommodate people the best he can. Most times I can call and schedule my car service, the day before. Sometimes it's a week out. They fixed most of my car problems within a day, while others request a couple days and charge alot. Whether it's an hour wait or a couple hours, you can use their waiting room / office. They provide coffee, water, and comfortable chairs. I highly recommend this shop, just note certain cars cannot be repaired here. Call and check with them first.

Our AC drain was clogged and leaking in the car. I got the clog to clear, or so I thought. One week later and it was backed up again. I called to see if the could help and they told me to stop by after 12. James came out to check the car and run diagnostics. He showed us an example of a dirty ac evaporator and said this could be the problem. He ran a camera in the hose and was able to clear out a clog. He ran the AC for about an hour to ensure it was clear. He told us this should solve the problem but advised us to keep an eye on the hose over the next few days. So far so good. The leak appears to resolved. Thank you James for your fast friendly service!

I’ve been coming to Mikes AC for the past 8 years. Mike has fixed multiple cars of mines over the years. Sadly Mike passed away in 2024. He was a terrific honest guy. However he left his business in excellent hands! James is their top guy and he has fixed my van twice in 2025 (2 separate things). James is honest and trustworthy. The price is ALWAYS reasonable and they get the job done correctly. I definitely recommend Mike’s AC and I always recommend them whenever my friends or family are having ac issues.

My ac for the car was out ao i decided to bring my car here to fix the ac. Reasonable price and a very kind and humble man. Unfortunately after 3 months of replacing the motor, the ac went out again. I have yet to take my car back to see whats going on with the ac. I'd recommend him still. His customer service skills is so awesome as well as his prices. Fix my ac, Mike. Update: Took my Nissan Rogue in to fix the ac and Mike and his boys did an awesome job. Thank you Mike!

Check this place out 100% It's like I got a brand new car. They are courtesy at it's finest, Efficiency at its best and could teach lessons on customer service to some of these other businesses no shade. I'll be back if ever needed highly recommended!
